Climate Control
The home automation system allows you to control temprature depending on the heating / air
conditioning requirement of individual rooms. Each room can be set to the desired temperature
according to room usage, the time of the day or individual needs- providing optimised climate control.
Occupancy sensors can also be integrated, so the heating will only be switched on if a person is detected in the room
Once the room is unoccupied you have the option of the heating going into 'comfort mode' (i.e. at preset
room temperature) or swtiching off after a set period of time until a person is again detected. Therefore,
a significant amount of energy can be saved as heating will only ever come on at the necessary times
in the rooms as required.
Another feature includes frost protection, so water pipes can be automatically monitored and the temperature
maintained to prevent them from freezing in cold parts of the year or for periods for when a building may not be in use.
